perfect location, great perks!
clean rooms great location espresso machine excellent staff
clean rooms, great water pressure, and a perfect location contributed to an amazing trip. the staff was also excellent. They were helpful when i needed to book taxis and with other needs. having the espresso machine and the rooftop were great perks. i would definitely recommend it!
The elevator was slow. This meant longer wait times during busier times of day.

the location is very nice with quick access to the duomo and the accademia, both easily reached. the hotel is very close to the main attractions, so walking to the most important sites only takes a moment.

there was a free kitchen available and a coffee machine for guest use. the option to buy an affordable breakfast was available and convenient. the rooftop had comfy sitting areas to sit, drink coffee, and have a great view.

decent stay, some minor issues
central location rooftop area mini fridge bathroom odor slow elevator limited hours
the location IS very central. I had easy access to many attractions. The rooftop area gave pretty views. The room included a mini fridge. It was useful for keeping drinks cool.
the bathroom had A noticeable odor. I also found the flush mechanism difficult to operate. The elevator seemed slow. I experienced longer wait times especially during peak hours. The front desk hours are limited.

quiet night kitchen area wifi speed toilet seat
the location was excellent just outside the busiest areas. it was surprisingly quiet at night. i appreciated the common area kitchen with water and juice. my son enjoyed it.
The bathroom needs attention, the toilet seat didn't fit properly. there was a persistent odor. the wifi was annoyingly slow at about 3 mbps. I found the speed inadequate for video calls.

The location was super convenient. It allowed quick access to many attractions. federica provided genuinely friendly service and assisted with all our needs.
The elevator was a little slow. There were some longer wait times at peak hours.

frederica was so cute and helpful . she quickly helped find my lost retainer, which saved me a lot. the rooftop was charming and was quiet. the hotel's location on a beautiful street near the center made it easy to get around.
